On Wednesday 24th September 2014, we’re very excited to bring together two of Tasmania’s most acclaimed authors, Heather Rose and James Boyce, for an intimate night at ‘home’ around the Islington Library dining table…so not just ANY Wednesday night at home!

This is a unique opportunity for you to enjoy an insight into two fascinating, local, literary minds, not to mention a night of tasty food and great wine!

Heather Rose is the award winning Tasmanian author of four novels: White Heart, The Butterfly Man, The River Wife and Finding Serendipity.

Author and Historian James Boyce has won much acclaim for his books Van Dieman’s Land, 1835 and his newest release Born Bad.
