Stefano Lubiana – Osteria

An Osteria can be described as a small ‘farmhouse’ style eatery in Italy. Often they don’t have a menu and the dishes are created with what is local and in season. Steve’s Grandma ran an Osteria in Istria (then part of Northern Italy) back in the 1930’s & 40’s and it has always been a dream of Steve’s to have his own. In our take of an Osteria, our menu is fresh, seasonal and based around what comes out of our bio-dynamically run vegetable garden

Our menu changes weekly and bookings are advised and can be made via phone (03) 6263 7457
