The Library

Decorated in rich browns, tans, blacks and gold the Library is a showcase of the finest antiques from around the world . At either end, bookcases flank inviting fireplaces to relax and discover early Tasmanian history from the pages of the many books found within the cabinets.

History is embedded in the "Central Medallion" Chintz Quilt (1810-1825) by Marianna Lloyd.

The room also houses rich mahogany tables, bucket chairs, black and silver chandeliers and is ideal for study, meetings, reading, or contemplation.
